All neceassry inter-flights are included in your vacation pacakge, these are oparated by the company AIR TAHITI.

The most economical solution to make a multi-island stay in Polynesia is to buy an AIR TAHITI Multi-Island Pass, which includes all the inter-island flights necessary for your stay.

Your flight schedule will be established by your easyTahiti.com travel advisor who will work with you to select the best possible schedule according to your needs and flight availability.

Baggage policy: you have the right to one hand baggage carried in the cabin with a maximum point of 5kg. You are entitled to up to 3 pieces of baggage per person, with a maximum total weight of 23kg per person. Please note that the maximum weight of 23kg is for the 3 pieces of luggage in total and not per piece of luggage.
An additional 5 kg baggage allowance, granted for the transport of diving equipment, is allocated to divers traveling by ATR. To benefit, please present one of these supporting documents: official underwater diver's card in your name, certificate from the diving club you are going to and which specifies the diving dates.

Preseating: inter-island flights do not offer advance seat reservations, you choose your seat once inside the aircraft.

First transfer on your arrival at Tahiti airport:
A representative of our transport company will meet you on your arrival at Tahiti airport, after passing customs and taking the Visitors exit, your names will be listed on our Easytahiti.com panel and your Stay documents will be given to you by our hostess before transferring you to your hotel or to your next inter-island flight.

Airport Transfers / Accommodation in the islands:
Transfers between the airports and your accommodation will be organized according to your international and inter-island flight schedules, by your easyTahiti.com travel advisor. They will be operated by our transport company: "Kaku Transport" on Tahiti, by our transport company "Torea Nui" on Moorea and directly by your hotels or guesthouses on the other islands of French Polynesia.

Your travel adivsor will send you the list of available activities on your visited islands, you'll then be able add some to your itinerary if you want to.
The schedule of your activities will then be established by your easyTahiti.com travel advisor, according to your needs and the availability of each provider. The exact pick-up time and location for each activity will be mentioned on your detailed itinerary.

All taxes are included except the tourist tax (190 Pacific Francs or approximately 1.5 € / day / person) which you will pay directly to your accommodation on each island.

HOTELS, TRANSFERS, ACTIVITIES:
Your detailed itinerary including all the details of your stay and your vouchers for hotels / transfers / activities will be sent to you by email 7 days before the start of your stay. Print them out and give them to each provider in exchange for the service. Note if you have booked a welcome with us on your arrival at Tahiti airport, this will be given to you at that time in hard copy.

AIR:
The electronic e-tickets for your international flights or inter islands will be sent to you by email. Print them out to present them at the airline's check-in counter and with your passports. Check that the names of the passengers are the same as on the passports. Any change of name, in the event of reissue of plane ticket will be charged 10,000 xpf per person minimum.

If you wish to insure your stay, so as to cover risks such as loss of luggage, flight delays or cancellation, repatriation for medical or other reasons ... know that by paying for your stay by credit card you automatically benefit from an insurance trip. To find out all the details, contact your banking organization, the insurance conditions being variable depending on the type of bank card.
If you pay for your stay by bank transfer or if you wish to benefit from more comprehensive travel insurance than that offered by your bank card, our travel advisers can offer you various solutions with our partner World Nomads Insurance or Allianz Travel.

For reservations made 45 days before the date of departure and for an amount greater than or equal to € 1,000.00, the payment of a deposit equal to 35% of the total amount of your stay is possible at the time of booking. then payable 45 days before the start date of the services (except for specific conditions imposed by service providers for travel components being promoted).
The payment of the deposit is sufficient to confirm your reservation, the travel documents being sent to you by e-mail after the total payment of your stay which will therefore take place 45 days before your departure date.
