VILLA RENTAL
Located on the East coast of Raiatea Island, Villa Nina offers all modern amenities and combines comfort and conviviality.

- For its modern facilities and ideal for a family stay: Villa Nina has, among other things, a private pool, a patio with sun loungers and a hammock, a large air-conditioned living room,... in addition, it is decorated with refinement and taste.
- For its location: The villa is a 10-minute drive from Uturoa city center and 15 minutes from Raiatea airport. Located on the mountain side, it is without vis à vis, for moments of relaxation and swimming in complete privacy.
- For the unmissable restaurant of Villa Ixora, which the hosts also own: The reputation of the restaurant's good table is no longer to be made, you will enjoy delicious dishes of Mediterranean inspiration and Polynesian flavors.

Note : - Given the presence of a swimming pool and the height under the terrace, the safety of young children is entirely the responsibility of the parents. A protective net is provided but does not replace constant supervision. A disclaimer must be filled out upon arrival for any reservation including children under 5 years old.
- A security deposit of 30,000 francs ($277) will be requested on-site via credit card imprint or cash.
Transfers : Transfers are organized upon request and provided by a partner taxi, but renting a vehicle is recommended.
Renting a vehicle is recommended for more autonomy. The Villa is located 10km from the city center, so we advise clients to rent a vehicle either on site after their arrival or at the airport. For excursions, the hosts offer to make reservations with various service providers as needed upon clients' arrival.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION FEES:
- 47 days or more from arrival: no fees.
- Less than 47 days from arrival: 30% of the stay will be charged.
- Less than 32 days from arrival: 50% of the stay will be charged.
- Less than 19 days from arrival: 75% of the stay will be charged.
- Less than 4 days from arrival / No show / Departure before the end of the stay: the entire stay will be billed.
These cancellation fees are those of the accommodation. They are in addition to EASYTahiti's cancellation fees.
