USEFULL INFORMATION

Taxes:

All taxes are included except the tourist tax (190XPF or approximately 1.5 € / day / person) which you will pay directly to your accommodation on each island.


TRANSFERS FROM THE AIRPORT TO YOUR ACCOMMODATION:

Transfers between airports or ferry docks and your accommodation will be organized according to the schedules of your international flights and inter-island transfers, they will be operated by our transport companies for the islands of Tahiti and Moorea and by your accommodation on the other islands.
You will be expected at each of your arrivals at the airports, your driver presenting a sign with your names mentioned above.


PAYMENT TERMS:

Payment of a deposit upon reservation: For reservations made at least 45 days before the departure date and of an amount greater than or equal to € 1000.00, payment of a deposit equal to 35% of the total amount of your vacation package is possible at the time of booking. The balance is then payable 45 days before the date of start of the services (unless specific conditions imposed by the providers for travel components subject to promotion).
We accept payments made with VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards or by bank transfer.


TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:

HOTELS, TRANSFERS, ACTIVITIES:
Your detailed itinerary as well as your vouchers for hotels / transfers / activities: will be sent to you by e-mail one week before the start of your vacation.
Print them and give them to each service provider in exchange for the service.
Note if you have booked a welcome with us on your arrival at Tahiti airport, this will be given to you at this time in paper version.
AIR:
Electronic tickets for your international and inter-island flights will be sent to you by e-mail within 30 days maximum after the total payment of your reservation or maximum 15 days before the start of your vacation, whichever comes first.
Print them out for presentation at the airline check-in counter and with your passports.
Check that the names of the passengers are the same as on the passports. Any change of name, in the event of reissue of an airline ticket will be invoiced.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE "EASYTAHITI" TERMS OF SALE:

These Conditions of Sale apply to all sales transactions concluded by EASYTahiti with travelers or travel intermediaries.

Depending on the type of product sold, special conditions may apply.

The traveler or travel intermediary partner of EASYTahiti acknowledges having read these conditions of sale and all the terms of the proposal before placing their order. Therefore, taking an order implies your full acceptance of the general and specific conditions of sale of EASYTahiti.


CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION AT THE CLIENT'S INITIATIVE:

Change or cancellation fees taken by EASYTahiti:


CHANGES, MODIFICATIONS OF A RESERVATION AT THE CLIENT'S INITIATIVE:

Any modification of a reservation on the initiative of the customer before departure will result in the collection of modification costs.

For the modification of a vacation package (flight + hotel) the modification costs are:

- 50.00 € per person

For the modification of an accommodation or activity reservation (without flights) the modification costs are:

- 25.00 € per person

Important: EASYTahiti's modification costs will be added to any costs requested by the providers selected for your vacation package. You can consult the cancellation fees that will be requested by these providers, by consulting your itinerary on the internet and and by clicking on the "Cancellation conditions" link for each provider.


CANCELLATIONS AT THE CLIENT'S INITIATIVE:

Cancellation fees are due once the reservation of services is confirmed by EASYTahiti. Any cancellation request must be sent in writing to EASYTahiti by email (easyCare@EASYTahiti.com.com). A cancellation will result in the cancellation fees being collected by easyTahiti, the customer may use the amount of their cancellation fees as a credit on a future vacation package and thus recover the amount of the cancellation fees taken by EASYTahiti.

For the cancellation of a vacation package (flight + hotel) the EASYTahiti cancellation fees are:

- 450.00 € per person

For the cancellation of an accommodation or activity reservation (without flights) the EASYTahiti cancellation costs are:

- 50.00 € per person


Important: EASYTahiti cancellation fees will be added to any fees requested by the providers selected for your stay. You can consult the cancellation fees that will be requested by these providers, by consulting your itinerary on the internet and by clicking on the "Cancellation conditions" link of each provider or by contacting your travel advisor.

Once the travel has started, any modification or cancellation resulting in additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer and no cancellation will give rise to a refund.

In the event of cancellation of the trip, the travel insurance is never refundable. EASYTahiti informs the traveler or the travel intermediary of the existence of insurance contracts covering the consequences of the cancellation.


CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION ON EASYTAHITI'S INITIATIVE:


CANCELLATION BY EASYTAHITI:

If EASYTahiti is forced to cancel all or part of the vacation package, the traveler or travel agent will be notified by e-mail, fax or telephone. All sums paid corresponding to the canceled services would be immediately returned to him. The traveler or travel agent cannot claim damages.


MODIFICATIONS BY EASYTAHITI:

Due to the vagaries always possible in travel, participants are warned that what is described to them is the rule but that they can observe and be subject to exceptions.

If essential elements must be changed before departure, the traveler or travel agent will be notified by email or telephone, which will offer the customer:

- the possibility of canceling your trip without charge if the trip has not started.
- or the possibility of subscribing to a new offer proposed by EASYTahiti.

If, during the trip, one of the EASYTahiti providers could not provide a preponderant part of the services provided for in the contract representing a non-negligible part, EASYTahiti must: either offer replacement services in an equivalent category, if EASYTahiti cannot offer of replacement services, reimburse the customer for the value of the service in question.


PRICE / PAYMENT:


PAYMENT CURRENCY: XPF

Payment will be made in the currency XPF (Pacific Franc), the amount withdrawn is calculated using the exchange rate of the day, between the Pacific Franc and the currency displayed on our website, of the Bank of Tahiti.


DISPLAY OF RATES ON THE EASYTAHITI SITE AND GUARANTEE OF THE RATES DISPLAYED:

All prices are displayed in the currency of the country of departure when available. Our prices are inclusive of all local tourist taxes. apart from the municipal tax to be paid directly to your accommodation during your vacation. Airport taxes and / or taxes of international airlines are included or not in the price of your package, please check it on the confirmed itinerary of EASYTahiti.

The fixed price of trips and packages varies in particular according to the period of execution of the trip, the filling of accommodation and flights, according to the number of participants or according to the airline. Our prices are contractual rates. No dispute relating to the price of the booking can therefore be taken into account once the reservation request is effective.

EASYTahiti reserves the right to modify the prices displayed on its websites or any other means of communication; at any time without notice.

The price displayed on our website is guaranteed at the time of booking, except for airline taxes on airline tickets which may vary upwards or downwards as long as the ticket has not been issued. Once your ticket has been issued, no further surcharge will apply to your plane ticket.


EASYTAHITI PAYMENT TERMS:

For any reservation of less than € 1000 or any reservation less than 45 days before departure, the full amount of the reservation will be required at the time of reservation.

For reservations more than 45 days before departure and of an amount greater than or equal to € 1000, immediate payment of a deposit equal to at least 35% of the total amount of the reservation is requested at the time of booking. The balance is then payable 45 days before the start date of the services. Unless specific conditions imposed by the service providers for travel components being promoted.

The following are not considered debt discharges: the delivery of a payment card number until the agreement of the payment center is not obtained, or of a transfer before confirmation from our bank.

In all cases, if the payment has not been made by the end of the defined period, EASYTahiti considers that it is a cancellation due to the customer. EASYTahiti would in fact be entitled to terminate the contract.


CONFIRMATION OF AVAILABILITY OF A VACATION:

Any reservation request made by the traveler or the travel intermediary on the EASYTahiti site entails the confirmation of the reservation of all the flights included in the itinerary, only land services may be subject to unavailability depending on the travel dates. For any unavailability of ground services, EASYTahiti will offer the customer a counter offer that the customer can choose to accept or refuse. Refusal of a counter offer of a ground service may, depending on the client's wishes, cancel the entire reservation. When the entire itinerary requested by the customer is available, the reservation of the entire itinerary will be considered confirmed as soon as payment of the deposit or of the booking is received by EASYTahiti.


SERVICES NOT INCLUDED

Only the services explicitly mentioned in the description of the trip are part of the package. Are not included in the package (unless otherwise stated in the description of the trip):

- any service prior to check-in on departure or after return to the airport
- personal expenses (tips, telephone, various deposits, etc.)
- vaccination costs, visa
- insurance
- optional excursions and in general any service not expressly included in the description of the trip
- excess baggage
- drinks during meals (including bottled water when the provider does not have running potable water)


RESPONSABILITY:

The responsibility of TAHITI ONE TRAVEL as a tour operator is defined by deliberation n ° 87-138 AT of December 23, 1987 of French Polynesia and its implementing decree n ° 80CM of January 28, 1988. TAHITI ONE TRAVEL SA holds an A license issued by the Territory of French Polynesia (decree 0029 / MTE of March 7, 2007) allowing him to exercise the activity of travel agencies. Its financial guarantee is provided by the Bank of Tahiti, Papeete. TAHITI ONE TRAVEL is covered by professional liability insurance with Generali Assurances, Papeete, Tahiti.

The tour operator acting as a tour operator is led to choose different service providers (carriers, hoteliers, excursionists, etc.) for the realization of their packages: they cannot be held responsible in the event of accidents, losses, damage, delays, bankruptcy of a service provider or any other irregularity which could arise through the fault and negligence of one of these service providers, who will in any event retain, with regard to any participant, the responsibilities specific to their activity .

In addition, the tour operator cannot be held responsible for the consequences of the following events:
- Incidents or unforeseeable and insurmountable events of a foreign third party such as: bad weather conditions, political circumstances, strikes, natural disasters, technical incidents, loss or theft of luggage or other effects…. The delay (s) suffered due to the cases referred to above as well as the itinerary modifications which may result therefrom may not entail any compensation whatsoever, in particular due to the modification of the duration of the program initially planned. or late to a connection. Any additional costs related to a disturbance (hotel, transfers, meals ...) will be borne by the customer.
- Cancellation imposed by circumstances of a force majeure nature and / or for reasons related to customer safety and / or on the order of an administrative authority. The tour operator reserves the right to modify the dates, times or planned routes if it considers that the safety of the traveler cannot be ensured without the latter being able to claim any compensation.
- Loss or theft of air tickets (airlines do not issue duplicates).
- Damage occurring during activities chosen by customers.
- Non-compliance by customers with the instructions provided by the tour operator or its service providers.


CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY:

All travelers must have a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months after the scheduled return date.

Warning ! (adult, child, baby) it is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good standing with the police, customs and health formalities for your trip.

Customers who have booked stays at a typological rate (families, young people, couples, seniors, etc.) are urgently asked to provide proof that can be requested during check-in.

In no case EASYTahiti can not be held responsible for costs, expenses or compensation resulting from the absence of a valid passport and / or a visa as required by French law, or even the refusal of access by a passenger in the French Polynesia Territory by the French authorities or any other Territory, for whatever reason. EASYTahiti cannot be held responsible in the event of a missed flight due to a passenger who did not show up for check-in at the time indicated on the corresponding flight ticket.


USE OF THE EASYTahiti WEBSITE:

No guarantee is given to the User as regards the absence of anomalies, errors and bugs likely to affect navigation on the Site or the implementation of any functionality offered on the Site; or the possibility of correcting these anomalies, errors or bugs; or the absence of any interruption or breakdown in the operation of the Site; or the possible compatibility of the Site with a particular hardware or configuration. In no event will EASYTahiti be responsible for direct or indirect and / or immaterial, foreseeable or unpredictable damage (including loss of profit or chance ...) arising from the supply and / or use or impossibility total or partial to use the functionality of the Site.
